could be many reasons why you would want to sell
your home and rent it back. Some of the most common include
avoiding house repossession, divorce or separation, and emigration.

If
you are facing property repossession due to being unable to maintain
your mortgage, then you will be given an eviction date at a court
hearing. Once you have this date settled you will have to move out
from your property. However you could avoid this by choosing to sell
your property and then rent it back. If going through a divorce or
separation then the proceeds of the property sale could be split
while at the same time one partner would be able to remain in that
property by renting it back. If emigrating or relocating then you
could sell your house and remain staying in it until your departure
date by choosing the property rent back option.
